We are a family of three that resides in quaint Port St. Lucie, Florida and are all about enjoying the simple and beautiful things in life. For years, I have had the extraordinary journey to work in multi-rewarded spas and wellness centers and I have learned a lot about the common philosophy they all share. Spas dedicate their focus on helping others improve life quality and through holistic approach, help provide a sanctuary for individuals and instill that reminder to say let's slow life down.

During my pregnancy in 2018, my family's priorities had begun changing, and I began spending more time at home. I found myself enjoying soap making using the traditional cold process method. This method is known for simply saponifying natural, skin loving oils. Eventually, I left my job as a photographer and editor and in October 2019, I decided to share my love for simple, natural products we use at home by creating Heal + Harbor. 

Heal + Harbor is more than a brand, it's about self care and providing refuge and comfort in our daily lives. Every product is slow cured and detail focused to ensure that the same quality from our home is delivered to yours.
